How Do We Work
1. CONTACT US
We are happy to assist you with your vacancy, just contact us in any way convenient for you:
Order a callback at the HOME page, call us directly, text us through the contact form, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram. We will be back to you as soon as possible, normally within 30 minutes.
2. RECRUITMENT REQUEST
We will send you our Recruitment request with all vacancy related questions (like requirements, conditions, vacancy description, position in your structure, salary). After completing and sending back the questionaire, our manager will contact you to clear final details.
3. CONFIRMATION
Our manager will specify the details of the application and confirm the service contract.
4. RECRUITMENT
We are searching for candidates, conducting interviews, if necessary, additional tests for your order, select suitable candidates and send you candidates’s CV's with our comments.
Depending on the package of services you have chosen, the deadline for the first candidates is from 7 to 10 days.
5. COMPLETION OF WORK
You select a candidate, sign an offer and the employee starts work.
During the selection process, we provide feedback to candidates.
From the first working day, the warranty replacement period for the candidate starts in case of his/her early leave or dismissal (Depending on the package of services you have chosen, the warranty period is from three to six months).
6. PAYMENT
On the first working day of the employee, you pay for our services.
